- High precision: Effectively removes various ions from water, with effluent conductivity often reaching very low levels, such as less than 0.1 μS/cm, meeting the extremely high purity requirements of the fine chemical industry.

Main Components

- Pretreatment unit: Includes multi-media filters (such as quartz sand and activated carbon) to remove suspended solids, organic matter, and residual chlorine from water, reducing turbidity and color of the raw water and easing the burden on subsequent treatment.
- Reverse osmosis system: Utilizes the principle of semi-permeable membranes to perform preliminary desalination of pretreated water, removing 95%–99% of salts and most impurities. This is a critical step in deionized water production.
- Ion exchange system: Typically uses mixed-bed ion exchange resins, where anion and cation exchange resins are mixed together to rapidly and thoroughly exchange the remaining anions and cations in water, further enhancing water purity.
